Ombudsman Program

The Ombudsman Program provides support to any long-term care resident by resolving individual complaints involving their long-term living services. The Ombudsman Program also works to improve and enhance the long-term living system, its laws, regulations, policies, and administration through public education and programs to empower facility residents.
